    "EVROLEX" Agency gives all
   kinds of services to policy
   holders in the processes of
   fulfilling their rights to foreign
   pension payment, both with the 
   pension funds in our country
   and when they have old-age
   insurance in some foreign 
   country.

    It means that we give help for
   all sorts of pension when the
   old-age insurance policy 
   conditions are fulfilled in another
   country.

    For realizing the right to foreign
   pension, it is not necessary that
   there is an agreement 
   (convention) about social 
   insurance with those countries.

   If such an agreement(convention)
   exists then the procedures for
   fulfilling the rights to any kind 
   of pension are done according
   to the rules stated.

    In the agreement, both with 
   foreign and pension funds here,
   an old-age insurance policy
   bearer in our country submits 
   an official request for pension
   payment to a foreign insurance
   policy bearer.
