SERVICES WE PROVIDE REGARDING PENSION
In everyday communication with our clients, we inform and explain to them all the important facts which are essential for exercising the rights to both local and foreign pension. In doing so, we clarify the conditions for realization of these rights, we provide the list of necessary documents, as well as the ways in which the procedures are initiated and conducted.

In order to gain the right to one of the pensions, the insurants need to meet the necessary conditions, especially in terms of age eligibility and minimal number of years of service, and at times, some other conditions depending on the laws of the specific country. It is essential that the insurants start checking their years of service in a specific country, or more precisely, make sure they were accurately registered, keep the evidence on their work and insurance and inform themselves on the conditions for exercising the right to pension in a timely manner.

We always tend to emphasize the importance of the International Agreement on Social Insurance that our country has signed with other countries, in which the insurants used to work, mostly because of the different regulations and ways in which the procedures are conducted and in which the years of service are calculated. This also means that the request for any type of pension is submitted to the local insurance fund in the country of residence, regardless of whether an insurant has obtained the years of service in that country.

Therefore, we offer full support to our clients, starting with filling in the forms and applications, as well as all the other steps they need to take until they have obtained the right to their pension and started receiving it.
